LAUGAR Micmac
Micmac comes from nikmag , which meant "ally" or "friend" in the language of the homonymous Indians who formerly lived in the Bay of Fundy (Canada). Like the Basque whalers in the 16th century who established a relationship with these tribes, those from Gordexola also do so in the form of liquid homage. Micmac is an 8.5% Double IPA made with Bravo, Chinook, Ekuanot and Mosaic hops, and fermented with Voss Kveik yeast.
